Broadly, my books are rated R; they depict a plethora of adult themes and experiences, often dark and in detail, though never intentionally gratuitous.

While I always want to paint vivid mental pictures and elicit strong emotional reactions, I never want to cause harm, especially in ways that readers may not anticipate from the book description, which can only convey so much.
